Our consulting and legal services range from arranging for the general legal protection of our clients’ intellectual property rights to the legal enforcement of their rights against infringers.

We represent international and Hungarian clients in criminal, customs, and civil procedures as well as domain procedures.
We also represent our clients in trademark and design prosecution matters before the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), and the World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO).

Our office is the Hungarian partner of REACT, the Netherlands based international anti-counterfeiting network.
